White Porcelain Spaghetti Poodle Wearing a Top Hat

A white sitting porcelain spaghetti poodle wearing a black top hat.  The top hat has faints painted wisps of green.  The poodle measures 3 3/4" long, 1 5/8" wide, and 2 3/4" high.  There is light crazing to the glaze on the dog's body and the rest of the condition is very good.
