Studio Pottery Candlestick Depicting Man with Hat and Ruff Collar

A tall pottery studio candlestick depicting a man with ruff collar measuring 3 7/8" long and 3 1/2" wide across the base and 11 1/2" high.  The maker is unknown and the condition is excellent, with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
