Solid Glass Paperweight with Orange Anemone-Like Design

A solid art glass paperweight with a bright orange sea-like object inside.  The paperweight measures 3" wide, 3 1/4" high, and 1.70 pounds.  The maker is unknown and the condition is very good, with no chips, cracks, or evidence of use.
