A small porcelain cup featuring hand painted blue and white flowers and bands of blue. The cup measures 3 1/4" wide and 3" high. The bottom is signed but I can't make heads or tails of the name but can make out the word "Holland." There is overall glaze crazing noted but otherwise the condition is good.
