Small Porcelain Bowl with Flowers and Encased in Pewter

A small porcelain bowl decorated with orange and blue flowers and trellis designs around the rim and finished with a pewter encasement around the bowl.  The bowl measures 4" wide and 1 1/4" high.  The bottom is signed and the condition is good.
