A silver plate swing bell style candle snuffer with ebony handle. The snuffer measures 12 1/4" long. The inside of the sniffer shows no evidence of use but the handle has some aged patina which can be polished up. The ebony handle can be taken apart by unscrewing the end. The condition is good.
