A brass bell hanging from a ship's wheel on a pedestal base with small wood stick for ringing. The bell measures 7 1/2" across and 9" high. The brass surface has lovely floral etchings and the finish is naturally aged. The maker is unknown and the condition is very good but the wood beater shows wear.
