Some interesting person who once owned this handmade ceramic vase used this as a pen and pencil holder as evidenced by the marks on the bottom inside the vase. Behold this vase/pen holder featuring a classic rounded shape leading to flared rim and finished with blue sponging around the sides that resemble trees of some sort. The vase measures about 5" wide and 5 3/4" high. The bottom is signed by the maker and the condition is good. There's a protective glaze that was applied that is coming off to reveal a more matte finish (as seen in some of the pics) but this doesn't detract from this interesting piece.
