Robin's Egg Blue Ceramic Sugar Bowl with Gilded Handles

A robin's egg blue glazed sugar bowl with an embossed swirling design leading up to two dramatic gilded handles.  The bowl measures 6 1/2" across the handles, 2" across the round base, and 3 1/4" high.  The bottom is impressed with the number "71," the maker is unknown although resembles pieces by Stangl, and apart from some light loss to the gilding on the handles through use and a tiny no-show flat glaze chip around the base, there are no cracks or repairs.
