A tiny porcelain handled creamer, toothpick, maple syrup, or vitamin holder with a painted head as the base. The gold accented vessel measures 2 1/4" tall and is 1" across the rim. The bottom is marked "PICO Made in Occupied Japan." The condition is very good--just some small roughness around the porcelain rim.
