A 2-piece (the top comes off) ceramic candle holder from Pfaltzgraff in the "Winter Frost" pattern featuring a shiny lavender-blue luminescent polar bear and holly decorations. The holder measures 5 1/2" wide and 6 1/2" high. The bottom is marked "Pfaltzgraff Copyright China" and the condition is good.
