Pewter Candle Snuffer with Twisted Stem

A pewter swing-style candle snuffer with twisted stem detail.  The snuffer measures 9 1/4" long, the maker is unknown, and is in very good condition, with a clean but nicely ages patina and no hint of use inside the snuffer.
