Painted Wood Pin Decorated with A Downhill Skier

A painted wood pin decorated with a colorful depiction of a downhill skier.  The pin is affixed with an open c-clasp and measures 2" across and 2 1/4" tall.  The maker is unknown and the condition is very good.
