A beautiful old handmade stoneware plate featuring incised free-form striations around the rim and finished with rich purple glazes over a speckled tan base color that shows through on the inside body. The plate measures 9 3/4" wide with a profile height of 1 1/2". The bottom is signed by the maker and the condition is very good.
