A little framed and signed watercolor depicting a sailboat and cliff-side beach home. The watercolor, signed by "M. Moriarty," is housed in a cream colored mat and blue and silver wood frame. The watercolor itself measures 5" x 3" and with the frame the total dimensions are 8 1/4" x 6 1/4". There is a hanging wire in the back and backing paper that shows an open tear. The frame has some small dings but is certainly display-ready.
