A handmade small ceramic dish with white glaze washed over an embossed figure of a leaping stag. The dish measures 6 1/4" across and there is a wire attached to the back for hanging. The back also has a small rim to allow the plate to rest on a surface as a catchall. The glaze is crazed but that may be the purpose, and there are no chips, cracks, or repairs.
