An Italian Capodimonte ceramic covered footed dish decorated with a montage of colorful raised cherubs, dogs, and a lion finial. The dish measures 7 3/8" across, 6" wide, and 6" high. The bottom is marked "Phila Ce. Co. 117 Italy." The condition is good; however there are several tint flat glaze chips (see photos) to the gilded rim, which is nearly unnoticeable when the lid is on.
