An Irish porcelain hand-painted sitting bear with ruffled collar and green silk ribbon. The bear measures 3 5/8" across, 2 1/4" wide, and sits 4" high. The bottom is signed with the Irish Dresden Mark. The condition is good, but is a little dusty from age.
