Heavy Rimmed Stoneware Dish with Colorful Flowers on Blue Background

A heavy stoneware dish decorated with colorful hand-painted flowers on a vibrant blue background.  The dish measures 7 1/4" across, 6 3/8" wide, 1 1/4" high, and is 1 1/2 pounds.  The bottom has the maker's backstamp and a paper sticker that reads "Decorative Use Only."  The condition is clean and pristine, with no chips, cracks, or hint of use.
