A pair of bell-shaped gold tone pierced earrings with etched texture to the gold bells, painted red bows, and green rhinestones. The pierced earrings are affixed with pin studs and safety back attachments and each earring measures just shy of 1/2" wide by tall. The earrings are in good vintage condition, with some fading to the red paint but are otherwise lovely and charming.
Gold Tone refers to a base metal that has been colored gold on the surface, but has no measurable gold content. Gold tone jewelry is not recommended for people with sensitivity to nickle or other types of metals, as it can cause a rash.
