A gold tone brooch of a clown wearing a gold jumper with gold dots riding a high wheeler bicycle.  The brooch measures 1 1/2" wide, 2" tall, with a profile height of 1/4".  The back is unmarked and the closure is a locking c-clasp.  The condition is very good, with no chips to the paint.
