Clear Glass Footed Vase with Etched Flowers

A tall cylindrical pedestal vase decorated with etched flowers.  The vase measures 3 1/2" across the rim, 3 1/4" across the base, and 9 3/4" tall.  The maker is unknown and the condition is very good.
