Clear Etched Glass Hostess Bell

A clear glass hostess bell with etched glass stars and circles measuring 2 5/8" wide across the base and 5 1/2" high.  The handle has a ribbed texture flowing down to the top of the bell which has a repeating band of etched circles.  The maker is unknown and the condition is very good.
