Citizen Hearst by W.A. Swanberg is a 653-page paperback published by Collier Books, 1961.  The cover has a couple chips, some surface rubbing and a 1 1/2" closed tear along the back cover next to the spine.  An old barcode sticker is also adhered to the back cover.  Inside, the pages are crisp and clean but with light foxing to the edges.
