Ceramic Pencil Cup Decorated with Hand-Painted Scrolling Vines and Blue Bird Inside a Cameo

A ceramic pen and pencil cup decorated with hand-painted scrolling leaves and finished with a central image of a blue bird inside of a yellow cameo-style frame.  The cup measures 2 5/8" across the rim, 2 1/4" across the base, 3 1/2" across the mid-body, and 5" high.  The bottom is signed and the condition is very good.
