Ceramic Mug with 1990s Inspired Kissing Couple

A ceramic handled mug featuring what I think looks like a 1990s-inspired colorful kissing couple.  The mug measures 3" wide across the rim and 3 3/4" high.  The maker is unknown and the condition is very good.
