A group of owls is called a parliament. This is a heavy little ceramic owl-shaped cup, perfect to hold pens and pencils, and has a ceramic body set within an outer ceramic body, both glazed in brown. The cup measures 3 1/4" wide and 4 1/8" high. The maker is unknown and the condition overall is very good. There's a tiny no-show inconsequential pit to the glaze inside the bottom of the cup.
