Ceramic Blue and White Oval Dish with Flowers and Cut Out Designs on the Rim

A ceramic oval dish with cut out designs around the rim and repeating pattern of blue and white flowers.  The dish measures 10 1/2" across, 7 1/4" wide, and 1" high.  The bottom is unmarked so the maker is unknown but the condition is excellent.
