Agnes de Mille: Dancing Off the Earth by Beverly Gherman is a 138-page softcover published by Collier Books of Macmillan Publishing Company, 1990.  This is the first Collier Books edition of 1994.  The cover has some mild wear and a crease.  There are two remainder marks in ink along the top page edges.  Inside, the pages are clean and unmarked and the binding is tight.
