A.L. Hirsch Pottery Ceramic Dachshund Matching Dresser Caddies, A Pair

A pair of matching (but not perfectly) dachshund-shaped ceramic dresser caddies that can be used as planters (there are drainage holes on the bottom), bookends, or trinket dishes from A.L. Hirsch Pottery.  The brown and yellow painted caddies have a small storage cavity on one side and a larger cavity designed with an embossed basketweave design on the other.  Each caddy measures 6 1/2" long, 5" wide, and 7 3/4" high.  The condition of both is very good, with only one nearly no-show tiny flat glaze chip to the tip of one of the tails.  Also, some light paint flecks that can either be cleaned away or are part of the factory glaze process.
