A shallow brass-enclosed porcelain bowl decorated with a man on a horse and finished with an ornate rim and what appears to be fireworks from A.C.F. Hong Kong. The shallow bowl measures 5 5/8" in diameter and 1 1/4" high. The base is stamped "A.C.F. Decorated in Hong Kong Japanese Porcelain Ware" and is believed to date from the 1970s. The brass enclosing the porcelain bowl has a time-worn, unpolished patina, and the overall condition is good.
