Returns & Refunds

Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of The Standing Rabbit.  If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your eligible item(s) within 30 days from the date that your order was shipped.  We do not accept returns on international orders.  Soaps, sea salts, butters, oils, clays and waxes and items on sale are also exempt from being returned.  

Returning the Product

If you decide to return your product to The Standing Rabbit, please first email us at hello@thestandingrabbit to let us know or text or call Heather Prince at 215-833-5257.  Items must be returned in a salable condition with all packaging materials.  To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1411 Dorset Lane Wynnewood PA 19096.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs incurred at checkout are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days since the approval of your refund, first check your bank account or your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  If you’ve done this, and you still have not received your refund, please contact Heather at and she will work to resolve the issue.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund to the gift giver directly.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Product/Item

In the event that you have received a defective, damaged, or wrong product/item, please contact us at, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label to expedite the return.
