Solid Crystal Sun-Shaped Multi-Use Candle or Pen Holder

A thick and solid crystal candle holder or chic pen and pencil holder featuring a pointed sun shape pattern around the rim leading down to ribbed sides.  The holder measures 4 3/4" wide and 3 1/4" high.  The maker is unknown and the condition is good.  Some roughness noted to one of the sun points.
