Ceramic Bird-Shaped Vase or Pencil Holder with Yellow Flower Decoration

A quirky bird-shaped ceramic vase, or better yet, pen and pencil holder, featuring two "wings" marked with yellow flowers, and finished with a band or blue around the scalloped rim.  The bird measures 3 3/4" wide and 4" high.  The maker of the bird is unknown and the condition is very good.
